01/ Acceptance of the Legal Framework
By accessing AnalyticsNovira.digital, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease use of our systems immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
Analytics Novira reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Continuous engagement with our analytics innovation hub following those revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
02/ Usage and Proprietary Protections
The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Analytics Novira and its licensors. Our intellectual property is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Malaysia and foreign countries.
Authorized Use Parameters
- Educational exploration of architecture and analytics innovation methodologies.
- Personal, non-commercial citation of our public research papers with proper attribution.
03/ System Limitations & Disclaimer
Our analytics innovation insights are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Analytics Novira makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, or materials included therein.
In no event shall Analytics Novira, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service. This includes, without limitation, any loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from unauthorized access to our secure data systems.
04/ Universal User Conduct
Integrity
Users must not provide false data or impersonate Analytics Novira staff or other consultants.
Security
Any attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our analytics innovation systems.
